Four Employees at Street Volkswagen of Amarillo have been recognized as Top Performers in Volkswagen's 2015 Customer Experience Performance
Amarillo, Texas, May 16, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Street Volkswagen of Amarillo employees have been named top performers in the 2015 Volkswagen Customer Experience Performance. Sales Manager, Shane Giese, Finance Director, Jeanine Clement, Finance Manager, Kyle Elder and Finance Manager Micah Barfield have received this top prestigious award.

Nationally our Finance department ranks in the top 16% and our Sales Department ranks in the top 24.7%. However, in Region 4F, Giese was the only Sales Manager and Clement, Elder and Barfield were the only Finance employees recognized.

To qualify for this award Finance Manager must be current on their training and have a Dealers Sales Email Capture Rate of 87.5% or higher. Qualifications for Sales Mangers include being current on training, 25 surveys minimum, 75% YTD email and Dealership Sales CES Survey Scores of 97% or higher.
The four individuals will receive an award from Volkswagen later this week for their hard work.
